I have been waiting for my withdraw for way longer than 48 hours!!! I have been withdrawing my winnings the same way since I started playing....its just been excuse after excuse...I would like to have my winnings please!!! Enough is enough!! I wouldn’t recommend this casino, even if you make regular deposits it’ll ask you to deposit or you’ll lose your streak. Withdrawal times are ridiculous as well, they stay pending for 48hrs minimum- this is not a requirement at all many casinos process withdrawals instantly. You also can’t close your account. Avoid this casino. Your reply adds no value, I regularly logged in and deposited. Yet my rewards to riches was set back to the lowest level again. I stand by what I’ve mentioned. Your withdrawal times are what I mentioned correct?

I find it very interesting that every single 4 star review is from a name such as N.Z and that user only has 1 review and the review is very short. I'm gunna say that all thos reviews are fake. My experience with this casino is that it's shady. Any casino that happily takes your money without getting you verified is a problem. When I contacted customer support to verify my account they literally told me that " we would cross that bridge when we come to it " in terms of being able to withdraw without being verified. So you know that you won't be able to withdraw without dealing with all the documents they are going to ask for.
When winnings can be voided (1)

If after 60 days the Player's Casino account shows no activity, it will be considered dormant. Player's Casino account is considered to be dormant if the Player has not made a wager/bet or has not deposited/withdrawn funds within the last 60 days.
In this eventuality, in the interest of protection of Player's funds, Zodiac Casino will remove any Player's balances which may be comprised of bonus and cash money. Bonus funds will be forfeited.
